From humble beginnings in a wash bay at 14 to leading top-performing dealerships across Western Canada, he’s gained deep insight into what drives success in every region.
Known for his upbeat attitude and unmatched customer service, Aaron thrives on building relationships and creating high-energy environments where teams succeed. His leadership is grounded in integrity, connection, and a love for an industry that keeps evolving.
Aaron started Strike Auto after years of watching dealerships struggle with the same problems he’d already solved in his own stores: aging inventory, lacklustre months, and energy that fades by Wednesday. He built the team he wished he’d had.
